Attendance Clearance:
Dance Clearance:
- All students (even those with pre-purchased tickets) must be cleared through the attendance office before purchasing a ticket at the Finance Office.
- Students with fines or on the Loss Of Privilege (LOP) list will not be cleared until the fines are cleared or paid and/or they are cleared from the LOP list by their Grade Level Principal.
- If a student would like to bring a guest, they need to go to their Grade Level Principal, who can give them what they need to complete before buying the ticket. You can not purchase a guest ticket until they get final approval from their Grade Level Principal.
Lockers:
If you are interested in a Preferred Hallway Locker, please see Ms. Yeagle in the Dawg House to make your payment of $10.00 for this school year!
If you have already purchased it, please check your student email for an email from Ms. Cabrera regarding your preferred hallway locker.
If you are interested in a Bottom Hallway Locker, please stop by and see Ms. Cabrera in the front office at the front desk and she will assist you. There is no fee to use a Bottom Hallway Locker. Contact Ms. Cabrera at cabrera@helixcharter.net for further assistance.
Winter formal Information
Winter Formal will take place on January 31, 2026 at Julep. The theme is Masquerade Ball. Tickets will be on sale on 1/14 at the Dawg House. All students must be cleared prior to purchasing tickets.
Dance Clearance & Ticket Information
Please note that each student must be cleared at the Dawg House before purchasing their dance ticket, check the information below about what is required to be cleared. Tickets are $60, guest tickets are $65. You can purchase tickets at the Dawg House.
