    Due to Senior Boards on Tuesday let’s change our short (introductions and announcements and Rock N Roll form) meeting to Monday at 3:07 in room 520. Please be there!  



Thank you all for putting yourselves out there to be judged - I am proud of all of you and you should be proud of yourselves. I will be sending your emails by the end of the weekend, please be patient and thank you for respecting our decisions - they were not made lightly.

Freshman Tryouts 2017:
  • we will be having an informational meeting at lunch in room 440 on Friday, 8/11
  • beginning 8/14 from 3-5pm, we will be holding cheer clinic sessions. These sessions are meant to provide students with basic Helix cheer knowledge and physicality. They are not mandatory, but highly recommended. In order to participate, the student must have athletic clearance.
  • Tryouts will be Thursday, 8/17 from 3-5pm. Students must have athletic clearance to participate in tryout clinics. Students who do not bring a completed and stamped sports clearance form will not be allowed to tryout. Results will be posted by Friday morning. 
What do I need to attend the camp sessions and to tryout?
  1. athletic clearance form stamped at the dog house (please get your physical form completed and signed by an MD over summer!!!)
  2. completed and signed contract (more info at lunch meeting and camp sessions)
  3. gym shorts, t-shirt, tennis shoes
  4. water and a small snack
  5. a positive attitude!
